Creative Web Design

For this build, we wanted to break our own ceiling. We challenged ourselves to create something that truly felt like us. From swapping our usual white background for our signature purple to layering in bold new colors, textures, and motion, every detail was designed to push past what we thought we were capable of. We even brought a bit of Pixar-inspired magic to life, using AI to create animated versions of our team. It’s playful, human, and just a little bit unexpected — exactly how we want Purple Cow to feel.

Copywriting

This project gave us a chance to write the way we talk — direct, passionate, and honest. We led with bold problem statements like “You have a vision. Let us tell your story.” because that’s what we hear from real founders every day. Most companies struggle to put their vision into words, so we built our copy around that pain point. We plastered our three core services front and center — Creative Web Design, Story-Driven Copy, and Design-Backed SEO — and made sure our mission statement was impossible to miss. We wanted visitors to instantly understand who we are, what we believe, and the culture we’re building around creative excellence and real results.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Like every business, we’re still building. SEO for our own site is in its early stages — but we’re committed to making it a priority. Because if we’re going to help other companies rise in search, we need to practice what we preach. We’re approaching our SEO the same way we do for our clients: strategically, intentionally, and backed by content that actually serves people. Over the next few months, we’ll continue optimizing pages, publishing story-driven blogs, and tracking results — not for vanity metrics, but to prove that design, copy, and SEO together can drive real, sustainable growth.

We get it. Hiring a creative team comes with a lot of questions. That’s why we’ve answered the most common ones right here. Allen Badenhorst

Spartan Group

“Before Purple Cow, our website was written by an SEO guy who didn’t know the first thing about construction. It felt flat and disconnected from who we are. Kevin and the team completely flipped that — they brought the heart of our story, our family, and even our journey from Africa into the design. It finally sounds and feels like us."
